Knowing one language doesn't preclude being fluent in another.

Hi Fierysinews, blogger doesn't have that feature. You have to download a tamil editor called e-kalappai (free) and type it up in Tamil. THen there is a Tamil Font to Unicode converter available at a site. I will post that link soon. If you do the conversion, then you can post it on ur normal blog..

Minimal Ego,
I looked up the tamil equivalents..when I was writing, didn't think too much about it and wrote as it came into my head..but thanks for pointing it out...

1) Learning tamil does not help one to earn. For the same reason people dont study sanskrit too.
2) Tamils are not proud of having tamil names. People will have "settu" names like "praveen" "kiran" etc. I dunno any settu naming his son "Kumaresan".
Once upon a time during napolean's period, people beleived aluminium was the noblest metal. They exchanged gold for aluminium. Similarly we are so addicted to west and also to north indians (anything related to people of fairer races may be) we are fast loosing our culture.

North indians (anything related to people of fairer races may be) ???
